Initial consultation

Our first meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and shine the light on your journey so far, your goals and your specific needs. Once we have a clear picture of where we are going, we will start working on how to get there and get you started on your journey.

Follow up consultation

The first couple of follow up appointments give us the opportunity to assess progress, continue learning about your individual nutrition needs and work on the road to get you to your goals. Your feedback and insight is going to be key.

Ongoing support

By now you have a clear idea of where you are headed, the new habits are becoming second nature.

Ongoing support will provide you with accountability and will continue to fine tune your strategies so getting to your goal will be easier.

Our first meeting is the perfect time to get to know each other. I provide a niche service which allows me to focus on you. During our first appointment I focus on finding out who you are, your story, your lifestyle and your needs. It is also an opportunity for you to find out if my approach is in line with your expectations and guide me in the right direction. It is a collaboration, where I am the expert on nutrition and you are the expert on you, your body and your life. 

Based on the information gathered during our initial consultation, we will design a treatment plan that best suits your needs. Please keep in mind that depending on your needs, you may require a number of review appointments (if on a Medicare plan, this is often more than the number of appointments allocated on the plan).

I believe in empowering you in making good choices by educating your specific nutrition needs. We can design a meal guide together, but I do not provide inflexible, pre-made meal plans as shown to be ineffective long term. 


Review appointments provide you the opportunity to ask questions, fine tune strategies and for me to provide you with support, knowledge and accountability. Research shows greater results are achieved when working closely with a dietitian.

It is in between appointments that things come together, where you get to practice the strategies we discussed together and make change happen. I will be there every step of the way to support you, that is why you are able to contact me via phone, text or email between appointments. 

You will leave the appointment with a clear idea of your treatment plan plus:

  • personalised meal guide or strategies, based on your needs and preference

  • relevant resources

Working on body composition but unsure if you are achieving your results?

Working with a trainer and want to track your progress?

Confused by the number on the scales?

Skin folds are an accurate, easy, accessible, inexpensive body composition analysis method. It involves a trained anthropometrist mapping specific sites on your body (7) and taking measurements with a set of callipers (see photo to left). It can provide information on: 

  • Fat mass changes over time

  • Muscle mass changes over time

What else do you need to know:

  • Measurement is taken by a female anthropometrist in a private room

  • You will need to wear bike shorts and for females a crop top as well. 

  • The anthropometrist will need to touch around the shoulder, arm, scapula, abdomen, hip, thigh and calf. If you are not comfortable with this, other anthropometry methods may be more suited.

We love to share our knowledge, so why not book a workshop today. 
We work with sporting clubs and teams, corporate and schools. We bring evidence based nutrition workshops tailored to your needs. They can be a presentation on a topic of choice, an interactive workshop with or without hands on opportunities. 

We can share our knowledge in healthy, everyday nutrition for adolescent or adults; management of specific conditions, nutrition for optimum gut health, eating problems and eating disorders awareness or performance nutrition.

Cooking Classes

Cooking classes

The theory is a great thing, but sometimes we just struggle a little with the practice. 
That is where we can help by coming to your house and running a cooking class for you, your family or your teen. We provide step by step recipes that we guide you through and help you with chopping techniques, cooking methods and processes.
It is a fun way to improve your skills and taste some delicious food. 

The classes are fully tailored to your needs, with your choice of recipes.
