Smoothies Inspiration

Ingredients:

Fruit: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, mango, banana, pineapple, peach.

Liquid: milk, almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, rice milk, coconut milk, Greek yoghurt, lemon, lime, fruit juice, water, coconut water.

Add ins: oats, spinach, kale, flax seeds, mint, vanilla extract, cinnamon, turmeric, nut butter, honey, acai, protein power.


Choose your favourite flavour combination or experiment by mixing up different fruits + liquids and add ins.


A few combos to start you off:

1. Banana + mango + milk + yoghurt + cinnamon + honey

2. Mixed berries + milk + spinach

3. Banana + almond milk + almond butter

4. Banana + pineapple + blueberries + chia seeds + coconut water

5. Berries + mint + lime juice + chia seeds + almond milk + honey

6. Mango + peach + Greek yoghurt + milk + grated ginger + honey + mint leaves.


Tip: frozen fruit is convenient, inexpensive and makes a refreshingly cold smoothie!
