Overnight mango and almond oats

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup fruit juice (I used apple)
1/4 cup Greek yoghurt + 1-2 tbsp extra for serving
1 Mango cheek, sliced
1 handful of flaked almonds
Drizzle of maple syrup
Method:
Mix the rolled oats, juice and 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt in a container, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prior to serving add 1-2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt and top with the freshly sliced mango and flaked alonds.
Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy! You can top with any fruit, nuts and seeds you enjoy. Keeps in the fridge for a couple of days for easy breakfasts.
