Overnight high protein chocolate banana oats

No time to make breakfast? Going straight from the gym to work? Try this no fuss overnight oats. They are super tasty, easy to make and pack a punch of protein!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 tbsp Greek or soy yoghurt

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 serve chocolate protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1 handful flaked almonds


Method:

  1. Place the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds and protein powder in a glass jar or plastic container.

  2. Mix well until well combined (watch for those protein powder clumps). Seal and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Just before eating, top with banana slices and flaked almonds.
