Eggs and ham rice cakes

Fuel your exercise with 30g of carbs per cake!
Ingredients (makes 12):
2 cups uncooked sushi or short grain rice
3 cups of water
225g lean leg ham
4 large eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 sprinkles parmesan cheese
Method:
Combine the rice and water in a rice cooker.
While the rice is cooking, chop up the ham.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl, scramble at high heat in a non stick frying pan.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ham and eggs. Add the soy sauce and sugar to taste. Mix well, then press rice mixture into a 20cm baking dish to a thickness of 4cm.
Top with brown sugar, salt and parmesan to taste.
Cut and wrap individually.
