Fees are to be paid in full at the time of consult. We accept EFTPOS, debit and credit cards and direct transfers. Medicare rebates requests are processed on your behalf and a rebate is issued by Medicare and deposited directly into your account on the next business day. DVA is bulk billed.
Medicare: *Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan and Eating Disorders Plan holders are entitled to a Medicare rebate of $54.60. Full fees are to be paid at the time of consult, with Medicare crediting the rebate into your account within 3-5 business days. Consult your doctor to see if you are eligible.
Bulk billing and reduced fees may be available for those facing financial hardship and under special circumstances, please discuss your circumstances at the time of booking.
DVA: Department of Veteran Affairs card holders are bulk billed.
Private Health: Individual consultations may be covered by your private health fund, you don't need a referral to claim off private health insurance. Check with your insurance regarding your level of coverage. All you have to do is forward the paid invoice issued after your consultation to your health fund.
A minimum of 24 hours is required for cancellation. Cancellations received within 24 hours will incur $50 cancellation fee. Please be considerate of your practitioner and other clients, if you need to cancel get in touch as soon as possible. The practitioner reserves the right to not rebook your appointment if sufficient notice is not provided on multiple occasions.
*Chronic Disease Management Plan ( CDMP, formerly EPC). A CDMP gives you access to a rebate for up to 5 visits with Allied Health Professionals to manage your condition.
Eating Disorder Plan (EDP) is issued by your GP to provide access to dietetic services whilst recovering from an eating disorder. It gives you access to a rebate for up to 20 appointments with a dietitian.
They are issued by your GP and are valid for a 12 month period. With a CDMP and an EDP you may be eligible for discounted fees, please inquire when booking.
